A message from Mrs Lisa Southall Headteacher
I am incredibly proud to be Headteacher here at Shepwell School. Throughout my lengthy time in education, working with the young people and staff at Shepwell School has been by far the most rewarding and fulfilling of my career. Our pupils have overcome challenges and may still face some but are determined, hard-working and focussed as well as willing to accept help and support to enable their individual personal achievements. Staff are dedicated and really invested in each young person to support them academically but also in relation to developing emotional resilience and enhancing the pupils' social skills. As Headteacher, I will endeavour to do all I can to ensure every young person at Shepwell School has a positive and rewarding time with us and is empowered to move on to be successful and confident in their journey after their time with us. I guarantee my team will all work hard to ensure each pupil’s individual needs are met and pupils feel proud of everything they achieve whilst at school. Shepwell School is truly a great place to be.
