We kindly ask that you refrain from contacting staff outside of the hours of 7:30am-5pm, or at weekends or school holidays. This allows staff to maintain their own personal wellbeing.

Please email staff where ever possible and allow up to 48 hours for a response.

If a telephone call is required, please allow up to 72 hours for a response.

If you require a face to face meeting, please inform the member of staff the reason for the meeting and we will aim to meet you within two weeks from the request.

Escalation Process

• In the first instance, please contact your child's form tutor or Head or Year for pastoral concerns, or their class teacher for subject specific concerns.
• If needed, please escalate to the relevant Head of Department or our SENDCO for SEND concerns.
• For safeguarding concerns, please contact the Designated Safeguarding Lead.
• If no resolution is achieved, please contact a member of the Senior Leadership Team.

• If a matter remains unresolved, please contact the Deputy Headteacher.

• As a final point of escalation, please contact the Headteacher.
