One of the ways that we look to improve our careers provision at Shepwell is to regularly monitor, report and review our destination data.  Karis Osborn our Careers Lead tracks current year 11 students intended destinations, confirmed offers of learning and actual destinations as well supporting students during their post 16 transitions.  We also track students’ destinations after they leave the school.
